Rocket V8

Rocket V8

VLF Rocket V8 is the result of a joint venture between Henrik Fisker and Galpin Auto Sports. “When Henrik Fisker showed me his ideas, I got chills — it’s literally the most beautiful Mustang I have ever seen,” says Beau Boeckmann.

Both Henrik Fisker and Galpin have a long history with specialty coach-building cars, and draw their inspiration from pony cars of the 60’s and 70’s. Together the team created a sculpted, sleek design and loaded it with power and performance enhancements that rival supercars. The Rocket’s lines emanate from the front, through the long hood, over a set of sculptured flared fenders and converge on its integrated rear spoiler, belying the car’s extreme power and refined athleticism. The handmade carbon-fiber body–constructed by renowned concept car builder, Metalcrafters, Inc. – features a front splitter that works simultaneously with the rear spoiler, enlarged rear diffuser and carbon fiber aero skirts to provide high-speed downforce. The supercharged V8 sits on 21″ wheels wrapped in Pirelli extreme performance tires.

After initial concept development, VLF Automotive will bring our manufacturing expertise to assure the dream and conviction behind the Rocket an undeniably American muscle car. The VLF Rocket is currently exclusively distributed in California by Galpin Auto Sports and VLF Automotive will be appointing additional dealers in the US outside California, and rest of the world.
